Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground within 3-5 business days for a simple flat rate. Orders are shipped to all U.S. destinations for $14.95 and to Canada for $19.95. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. or Canada. Since Car Dog Mats are custom made to your specifications, only one mat can be ordered per transaction.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Since Car Dog Mats are custom made to your specifications, orders can only be canceled before a transaction has been completely processed. This also means we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturer's defect. However, some mats may be able to be modified for an additional fee.
